Description
Small Size, Serious Specs: 8GB RAM in an 11.6″ Body
The MacBook Air A1465 (2013) proves that great things come in small packages. Yes, it’s the ultra-portable 11.6-inch model — but with 8GB RAM, it multitasks like machines twice its size. Students carrying it between lectures and freelancers working from cafes get true all-day computing in a package lighter than most textbooks.
2013 vs 2014: What Actually Changed?
Honestly? Very little. The 2013 and 2014 A1465 share the same design, display, and ports — the 2014 has a slightly faster 1.4GHz chip versus this model’s 1.3GHz Core i5, a difference you’ll never notice in real use. But the 2013 model with 8GB RAM often beats the 2014 with 4GB in multitasking. Smart buyers compare both: see the A1465 2014 (4GB) and choose RAM over a 0.1GHz bump.
